• Not attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is paramount. We protect your data through:

• End-to-end encryption for all communications
• Minimum data collection - only what's necessary
• No sale of personal information to third parties
• GDPR and CCPA compliance
• Right to access, modify, or delete your data

Emergency Services Disclaimer

While EdurecordId facilitates emergency communication:

• We are not an emergency response service
• Always call your local emergency number in life-threatening situations
• We cannot guarantee response times from third parties
• Emergency features are provided 'as is' without warranties
• You acknowledge that delays or failures may occur

Intellectual Property

All content on EdurecordId, including:

• The QR code generation system
• Platform design and user interface
• Trademarks and logos
• Software code and algorithms
• Documentation and materials

are the exclusive property of EdurecordId and protected by intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content
• The right to display and distribute your content
• The ability to use content for service improvement
• You are responsible for any content you upload
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

Community Standards

We foster a safe community. You agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Not harass, abuse, or threaten other users
